1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of software licences and related services through the CC Store e-shop operated by Cervenka Consulting s.r.o., with registered office in Prague, Czech Republic. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering and Contract Formation

A contract is formed upon confirmation of your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by the seller. You will receive an order confirmation via email with all relevant details including the order number and payment instructions.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. EU companies with a valid VAT ID may be eligible for reverse charge. Payment can be made by credit card (instant processing) or bank transfer (activation upon receipt of payment). Prices are valid at the time of order placement.

4. Licence Terms

Annual subscriptions are protected by a software key and are valid for the purchased period. Permanent licences are granted indefinitely and may use software or hardware (HASP) key protection. All licences are non-transferable without prior written consent. Maintenance included with permanent licences entitles the holder to software updates and technical support for the covered period.

5. Warranty and Support

The software is provided as-is. We warrant that the software will substantially conform to its documentation for a period of 90 days from delivery. Technical support is available via email for all active licence holders. Maintenance-covered customers receive priority support and all software updates.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cervenka Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the licence.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
